You should NEVER have to pay the price for slow service, but that is often the case with heating and plumbing companys who charge by the hour instead of the job. Because we charge by the job, you never pay an exaggerated hourly rate or for run around time getting

parts and other materials. To help reduce your inconvenience, we stock our vans with every imaginable tool and part, and train our engineers to do the job efficiently and correctly… the first time. By removing the clock emphasis, our engineers don’t feel pressured to hurry, which might cause mistakes, but can take the time necessary to make sure the job is done right. Pace Heating relieves that fear with our fix rate pricing system. We offer free estimates no matter how small or big your service may be. We can come out to your home or give you a price right over the phone. When you call Pace Heating we give you a fix rate price for your plumbing situation. Weather your plumbing service takes 1 hour or 10 hours you can be rest assured the price we give you will never change no matter how long the job takes.

We do not charge for estimates on new boiler and have an average turnaround time of 48 hours from attending to providing you with a full written quote. *Note:

"Normal hours" are Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm.

"Out of hours" is 5pm to 9pm and 6am to 8am, plus weekends 6am to 9pm.

"Late night" is 9pm to 6am
